Delete Your Astro Vedica Account

1. Overview
Use this page to request permanent deletion of your Astro Vedica account and associated personal data. You do not need the mobile app installed to submit a request. Deletion is intended to be permanent — download or save anything you need before you ask us to delete the account.
2. In-app deletion path
- Open the Astro Vedica app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open the You tab and tap Delete my account.
- Read what is deleted, then tap Delete my account and confirm.
- The screen shows the date of your request; we email you when deletion is complete.
3. Web / email deletion path
Email [email protected] from the same email address used for your Astro Vedica account. Use the subject line Astro Vedica account deletion request and include:
- The account email to delete
- Whether you use web, Android, and/or iOS
- Any order or booking references if relevant
4. Data deleted
After we verify ownership, we delete or anonymize your profile and sign-in, saved Kundli profiles and birth details, Vedica chat history, Kundli Milan history, reported-answer records linked to you, and unused questions and wallet credits. Kundlis saved only on your phone as a guest are removed by uninstalling the app.
5. Data that may be retained
Payment, invoice and tax records (including Google Play, App Store and Razorpay order references) are kept for as long as tax law requires, generally up to 8 years, and records of an open dispute until it is resolved. They are restricted to that purpose. Deleting your account does not cancel or refund purchases made through Google Play or the App Store.
6. Timeline
Deletion requests are completed within 30 days. We may contact you if identity or payment-record verification is needed. Related policy: Privacy Policy.
