Delete Your Astro Vedica Account

1. Overview
Use this page to request permanent deletion of your Astro Vedica account and associated personal data. You do not need the mobile app installed to submit a request. Deletion is intended to be permanent — download or save anything you need before you ask us to delete the account.
2. In-app deletion path
- Open the Astro Vedica app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account Privacy.
- Tap Request Deletion and confirm from your signed-in account.
3. Web / email deletion path
Email [email protected] from the same email address used for your Astro Vedica account. Use the subject line Astro Vedica account deletion request and include:
- The account email to delete
- Whether you use web, Android, and/or iOS
- Any order or booking references if relevant
4. Data deleted
After we verify ownership, we delete or anonymize account profile data, saved Kundli profiles, Vedica chat history, matchmaking readings, notification device records, and report-library records associated with your account.
5. Data that may be retained
Limited billing, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, App Store / Play Billing, or legal records may be kept only for the period required by law or payment-provider rules. Those records are restricted to that purpose and retention window.
6. Timeline
Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days. We may contact you if identity or payment-record verification is needed. Related policy: Privacy Policy.
