This Privacy Policy explains how Astro Vedica ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our website (astrovedica.in), mobile app (Astro Vedica), AI astrology tools, reports, matchmaking, dasha analysis, and consultation services.

• Account details: name, email address, phone number (if provided), and sign-in identifiers.
• Birth and astrology data: date, time, and place of birth; saved Kundli profiles; chart outputs; compatibility readings; chat context; and report artifacts needed to deliver Vedic astrology services.
• Usage and device data: pages or screens visited, feature usage, app version, device type/model, push notification token, approximate IP-based location, crash/diagnostic logs, and session telemetry.
• Payment references: order status and payment references from checkout providers (Razorpay on web; App Store / Google Play Billing in store builds). We do not store full card or bank account numbers.
• Support content: messages, screenshots, and details you send for help, privacy, or deletion requests.

• Provide and improve Kundli, Vedica AI chat, matchmaking, dasha, report, and booking features.
• Authenticate accounts, save profiles, and sync history across web and mobile where signed in.
• Process purchases, restore entitlements, and confirm transactions.
• Send transactional messages and, where enabled, optional notifications.
• Maintain security, prevent fraud, debug reliability issues, and meet legal obligations.

We may share limited data with infrastructure and service providers needed to run Astro Vedica (hosting, authentication, analytics/crash reporting, email, and payment processors), with astrologers for booked consultations, and when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

We retain account and service data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward as needed for support, fraud prevention, tax, dispute, or legal requirements. Data is protected with encryption in transit, access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is fully risk-free.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data. In the Astro Vedica app, open Settings → Account Privacy to request export or deletion. You can also use our public Delete Account page or email [email protected].

Astro Vedica is not directed at children under 13. Paid services require users to be at least 18. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we will review deletion.
