Terms of Service

• You must be 18 or older to create an account or buy anything.
• Give accurate details and keep your sign-in private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Only enter another person's birth details with their permission.

Astrology is a traditional system of interpretation, not a science that can predict events with certainty. Everything on Astro Vedica — AI answers, reports and consultations — is for spiritual and personal guidance. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice, and must not replace a qualified professional. Do not stop medical treatment, make a legal or financial decision, or take any action that could harm you or others because of a reading. • New users get a small number of free Vedica questions. The number can change and applies per person.
• In the Android app, question packs and the 30-day unlimited pass are sold through Google Play Billing and charged by Google to your Play account. They are one-time purchases and do not renew. In the iOS app they are sold through the App Store.
• On the website, the same plans and wallet credits are paid through Razorpay.
• Questions you buy belong to your Astro Vedica account and can be used on the app or the website. Question packs do not expire; the unlimited pass lasts for the number of days shown when you buy it.
• The price is shown before you pay, in Indian rupees or, in the app stores, your local currency.

• Calls with an astrologer and written question reports are services performed by a person, so they are paid through Razorpay in the app and on the website.
• For a written report, you send your questions on WhatsApp after paying; the astrologer answers each question in the report on WhatsApp.
• For a call, join at the booked time using the link we send you. Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund Policy.
• Astrologers are independent practitioners; be respectful, and do not share information you do not want them to know.

• Every purchase paid on the website or through Razorpay gets a numbered invoice from GenOrbit Innovations Private Limited, printed as "Astro Vedica by GenOrbit Innovations Pvt. Ltd.". A refund gets a numbered credit note against that invoice.
• Signed in: we email the invoice to your account email, with a PDF copy and a private link to view or download it.
• Buying without an account:you can add an email at checkout ("Email me the invoice") and we will send it there. If you give only a phone number, we do not send an invoice automatically; write to [email protected] with the phone number you used, the date and the amount, and we will email it to you — for tax, reimbursement or any other purpose.
• The link in an invoice email opens that document without signing in, so share it only with people you want to see it.
• We keep invoice records for as long as Indian tax and company law requires (currently eight years), even if you delete your account. Purchases made through Google Play or the App Store are billed by Google or Apple, who send their own receipts.

If an AI answer is harmful, offensive or wrong, tap Report under it in the app, or write to [email protected]. We review every report.

The app, website, design, text and software belong to GenOrbit. Your birth details and questions remain yours; you give us permission to use them to provide the service. You may use the readings and reports you receive for your own personal purposes.

You can delete your account at any time from the app (You → Delete my account) or through our Delete Account page. Unused questions and credits are lost when the account is deleted.

Astro Vedica is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on a reading, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be limited.

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you in the app or by email before a significant change takes effect.
